DINE IN THE KITCHEN
10 dishes, 5 places, 1 Chef. An experience for anyone who wants to find out what goes on behind the scenes in our gastronomic laboratory, being immersed in the life of the crew, no filters added. A surprise menu created by our Chef Bianca Celano, focusing on meat, fish and shellfish dishes. Every WEDNESDAY, only with reservation up to 48 hours in advance. The cost of the 10-course tasting menu is €95.

Discovering a place also means learning about ingredients, uses and typical dishes. The Chef and her crew offer a cooking class at Materia | Spazio Cucina to have together while cooking and learning the secrets of Sicilian cuisine. Tasting session at the end.
